Dear Euro-BioImaging Members
I hope this message finds you well. I am pleased to announce the upcoming Euro-BioImaging User Forum, a biannual event that brings together the imaging community to explore the diverse applications of imaging in various research areas.
Next User Forum: Focus on Immunology
When: October 15, 2024
Time: 15:00–18:00 Israel Time
Where: Online
The upcoming forum, titled “Focus on Immunology,” will delve into how imaging can support immunology research. The event will feature keynote speakers and presentations from Euro-BioImaging Nodes and users, covering both scientific and technical aspects of immunology-focused research projects.
Programme:
This event will showcase keynote speakers from the biological and biomedical imaging spheres, sharing the most recent advances in immunology and inflammation research. The second half will feature presentations from Euro-BioImaging Nodes and Users.
Keynote
Speakers:
- Gilbert Fruhwirt, King’s College London: "Tracing the Magic Bullet - Visualising Engineered Cell-Based Immunotherapies"
- Thom Sharp, University of Bristol: "In Situ Structural Immunology: Protein Structure Determination from Minimal Systems Towards Whole Cells"
Who Should Attend:
This forum is ideal for researchers from both academia and industry, Master’s and PhD students, post-doctoral fellows, and anyone interested in the potential of biological and biomedical imaging methods to enhance research in the fields of inflammation and immunology.
